Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

The -stim_times option is discussed at [afni.nimh.nih.gov] (near the bottom). Please read this to see the format for the 'fred' file.

Also, please note that you do not normally encode a stimulus for the baseline -- the program has a baseline model built-in and implicitly assumes that any time point not in the range of a response is just baseline. FMRI does not measure absolute 'activity', just changes in activity.
