AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I'm experiencing a problem while drawing ROIs in AFNI. In the middle of drawing for some subjects, the color assigned to the value of the region mysteriously changes to a dark green. The pen will then draw all regions for each respecive value in dark green only, while still displaying previously drawn ROIs in the colors which were originally assigned to the values.

Please let me know if this is caused by a bug or if it's to be expected since we recently upgraded to AFNI version gcc32. Also, is there some way I can find out if it's only the color that's changing and not the value assigned to the ROI? Then it probably wouldn't matter.

Thanks,

Anjali
