AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I apologize for the delay. I just uploaded the data in a directory called AnjaliRaja.tgz.

The Volume_rot dataset consists of the structural images.
The ROIbw dataset is the overlay with filled-in ROIs.

On ROIbw you can see values 1-6 displayed in their "normal" colors before the "switch". On axial slice 154 you can see the displayed color for value 1 (green blob in LH) and value 2 (green blob in RH) after the switch.
I have not been able to determine if the problem lies in just the color display or the actual values assigned to the ROIs. If someone could ascertain that the values are not affected after the "switch", I would appreciate it.

thanks
Anjali
