AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,
I have received data from a Siemens scanner where multiple experimental runs are mixed in the same folder. The individual image files (they are 9 digit file names) do not run in sequence, meaning that the sequence order mixes across and within runs. My question is, whether Dimon can cope with making to3d scripts for such a folder, where there are multiple runs within the same folder, and the order is mixed across runs? The header for each file contains all the necessary information (regarding image number and run number).

If Dimon is not capable of doing this, does anyone have a script that could separate the image files into the separate run folders, or give me a guide as to how you call on information in the header file (I'm relatively naive with linux).

Cheers
Rob
