AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rob,

I'm glad that it at least worked without the localizer images.
One trouble with the those images is that they do not have the
same dimension and number of slices per volume as the EPI data
(and there may even be 3 different planes).

Dimon is designed to search for images that all have the same
volume definition. So even having anatomicals mixed up with the
EPI data would be problematic.

It would be nice to see the data. Maybe I can detect the
localizer images and add an option to ignore them (or default
to that, more likely, eh?).

The basic directions for uploading are to create a tgz file of
a directory that contains all the data that you want to upload.
Then upload that tgz file. The details are at the "Upload Data"
link near the bottom of the left column, at:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

I would appreciate the localizers, plus at least 2 runs. If
you want to just send all the runs, that would be great with
me.

Thanks for bringing this up, Rob, and also for the data.
