I have the version: AFNI_2007_03_06_0841.

The EPI dataset is a 1 run (95 volumes), and it's been detrended only. 3dinfo on that dataset gives 95 volumes with the data ranges at each of the 95 vol (e.g., -16 to 1243).

I didn't run any alignment...should I allign the anatomical dataset in native space with the EPI in native space and then run @auto_tlrc on each?...OK I just tried :

3dAllineate \
-base gz15_MP+orig \
-source run1_EP_cat+orig \
-master run1_EP_cat+orig \
-EPI \
-1Dfile TranformMatrix.1D \
-prefix epi_aligned

and again 3dinfo on the epi_aligned+orig gives 95 0's
