So this is an anatomical dataset? It is very strange that
the "0020 0032" coordinates do not match the origin in the
dataset.

I would be willing to take a quick look at the data, if you
would be willing to upload it (or you could send me email
and find some other way for me to access it). If it okay,
package that anatomical directory into a tgz file, and upload
it to [afni.nimh.nih.gov] .
