AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

This question has probably been answered before, but I'm failing to find the thread...

What is the correct waver usage if I've got a 2sec TR (256 of them) and a .1D file that has the task events coded every second (512 of them)? I know that I likely need to use the -tstim option to downsample the current .1Dfile, but not sure what to put there. I'm guessing the command would look something like:
waver -GAM -dt 2.0 -tstim ?? -input [.1D file in 1sec intervals] -numout 256 > [.1D file wavered in 2sec intervals]

Thanks for your help!
