AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

A column form is okay, but a little harder to deal with,
as the program will treat them as global times (of the
concatenated runs), as opposed to local times (local to
each run).

So a 3 run timing file of 50, 2 second TRs might read
this as local times:

7 24 29.3 81
*
42 43.5 79

Notice that run 2 has no stimuli, and that '*' serves
as a placeholder (essentially, for a stimulus at time
infinity).

The same list of numbers in global, column format (with
each run lasting 100 seconds), would look like:

7
24
29.3
81
242
243.5
279

For more details, see the Misc Document on the changes
for Summer, 2004:
