I am using the origina, non-MNI aligned dataset now. I have a quick question about the @auto_tlrc function. What dataset is best to use as a base template? And also, how does the auto-Talairach differ from the manual in terms of the sets of transformation that it performs. Would it be better to use an MNI-aligned dataset in conjuction with the auto-tlrc, or would the original dataset be best?I guess I am trying to understand how accurate of a transformation @auto_tlrc does and whether it would be better to Talairach by hand.
