Hi,
After running 3dDeconvolve, I am attempting to warp my results (i.e., the functional overlay) to Talairach space via the adwarp command. The parent dataset is an anatomical image I set the Taliarach coordinates for and warped manually. The command I used is:
adwarp -apar anat+tlrc -dxyz 3 -dpar stats+orig
However, when I try to view it in AFNI, the functional overlay seems to have disappeared, no matter what threshold I set it at. I read some other threads and I don't believe my header information is off, although I could be wrong. I would prefer not to do the @auto_tlrc command before 3dDeconvolve, since I am able to keep my input images in float format.
