AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

After running 3dDeconvolve, I am attempting to warp my results (i.e., the functional overlay) to Talairach space via the adwarp command. The parent dataset is an anatomical image I set the Taliarach coordinates for and warped manually. The command I used is:

adwarp -apar anat+tlrc -dxyz 3 -dpar stats+orig

However, when I try to view it in AFNI, the functional overlay seems to have disappeared, no matter what threshold I set it at. I read some other threads and I don't believe my header information is off, although I could be wrong. I would prefer not to do the @auto_tlrc command before 3dDeconvolve, since I am able to keep my input images in float format.

Here is the 3dinfo output for the results I warped to my anatomical:

++ 3dinfo: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Jan 12 2009) [32-bit]

============

Just for reference, here is the 3dinfo output for the results before I used the adwarp command:
