AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Attached is the output from the command you gave me:

It is the same for the functional runs as well.

As a side note, the nifti files were generated directly from the scanner (A Philips 3T), not converted from PAR/REC. How should I interpret this output? Is there a valid way to change the geometry information in either the .nii or .HEAD headers so that they are aligned?
