Is there a recommended function to use when stim duration is much longer, i.e. ~5 seconds? Is BLOCK the appropriate model to use? Are there particular p/q values to use?
Also possibly relevant is the fact that I'm looking mainly at sub-cortical structures, which affects HRF, though perhaps not at the scale relevant here.
