Thanks for the explanation. Actually I ran the analysis using BLOCK, but later when I ran the pure deconvolution process to estimate hrf's using CSPLIN, it happened to look that the hrf peaked around 7.5 sec instead of 5 sec. Please check the attached file which has estimated response from early visual cortex close to V1. Also estimated hrf in many other regions showed a small undershoot. So may be for this study it is better to use WAV instead of BLOCK.
