AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Nick,

Note that Ziad is still out, and he is certainly the one you want
to hear from regrarding freesurfer -> suma operations.

In any case, I had assumed that obliquity was the problem, but am
less sure now.

After step 1, is anat_al+orig still oblique? What does 3dinfo say?

For step 3, does that mean you did not run @SUMA_AlignToExperiment?

You might want to check what the SUMA manual says. I do not think
that Ziad ever suggests modifying the actual surface datasets (.asc).
See [afni.nimh.nih.gov] for
details. It covers @SUMA_AlignToExperiment starting on page 41.
