Dear AFNI Experts:
Have been reading through the to3d posts and am still having trouble converting a set of .ima files into a 4D brik file.
I have 338 ima files corresponding to 338 TRs. (all data is separated into directories such that ALL ima files within a directory belong to the same run of data; eg. 338 ima files in each directory)
1. first attempt
to3d -epan -prefix 1001run1 *ima
yields a dataset that contains 1 subbrik with 64X64X11492 dimensions.
2. second attempt
the to3d help says to use the following option to specify that inputs are 3D datafiles:
3Dd:hglobal:himage:nx:ny:nz:fname [double input]
so i tried
to3d -epan 3Dd:hglobal:himage:64:64:33:*ima
but it doesn't like this -- FATAL ERROR: NO INPUT IMAGE FILES?
3. also saw a post on using 3dcopy to convert each ima file to BRIK individually and then could presumably use a 3dbucket but previous experience suggests this entirely cumbersome way not necessary . . .
thanks for help,
dharol
