If I want to censor out outliers, but am not running the regression within afni_proc.py, but rather with 3dDeconvolve, is there a way to do this? i.e. how do I create the censor file needed for 3dDeconvolve?
As I mentioned in another thread, I am using 3dDeconvolve to do the regression rather than afni_proc.py because I have dmBlocks due to different timing for each trial.
