AFNI Bootcamp: May 28-30, 2025

This Bootcamp will be held both in-person on NIH main campus (Bldg 45/Natcher) and virtually.  Please note: due to current logistics, the in-person part is only available to those who currently work on NIH campus and have badges. We will unfortunately not be able to host non-NIH attendees in person, only virtually.

Registration is free and open to both NIH and non-NIH researchers.

The course is aimed at people who are already doing FMRI, and it is not an introduction to how FMRI works -- it is an introduction to the visualization, analysis and checking of FMRI data, particularly using AFNI software to facilitate this. It will be most useful to you if you are already analyzing or will be analyzing some FMRI data shortly thereafter.  For the present course, we are focusing on visualization, single subject analysis and quality control for the first two days, and on group analysis, statistical methodology and results reporting for the last day.

Please subscribe to AFNI-Digest for upcoming bootcamp announcements.  Further information and news will be posted on the AFNI Message Board, where you can also post queries (and we may even read and answer them!).
