History of AFNI updates

Hi Erin,

This is a little confusing. What is the exact output of the
"which afni" command? Is it "afni: Command not found.", or
is it "which: Comand not found.". I'm wondering if you are
using bash, instead of tcsh for your shell. Not that using
bash is a problem, but it is the deciding factor for syntax
and initialization script filenames. Let me be explicit here.

1. What operating system and release are you running?

2. What shell are you running, i.e. what is the output of:

echo $SHELL

3. What is the exact output of:

which afni

4. What is the exact command you are using to set your plugin
path (the AFNI_PLUGINPATH variable)?

--------------------

Also, have you looked at HowTo 00 yet? If you are running the
T-shell (/bin/tcsh), then you can install AFNI along with some
data, by doing a cut-and-paste of the commands in the five
steps listed at:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

which is under "HowTo 00", and the "Linux 01" part of
"installing AFNI" at:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]
