I have a question regarding the capabilities of the 3dDeconvolve program. I have a functional dataset from which I wish to retrieve an averaged 1-D Hemodynamic response function.
I have the timing file of the stimulus (given in block stimulus times : ), as well as the functional dataset itself, which has been properly preprocessed (deoblique, masked, clip, despiked, etc), and I wish to retrieve the 1-D HRF graph from each voxel, and then average together the HRF for all activated voxels above a certain threshold.
My questions basically are:
1.) Can 3dDeconvolve create 1-D graphs of HRFs, and if so, how? What sort of inputs and specifications should I put in? How do I retrieve/view the output once the calculations have finished?
2.) Once I have such graphs, how should I go about retrieving the graphs from only activated voxels? Using 3dDeconvolve, I have been able to retrieve a activation map showing the activated voxels, but how should I single out the data from said voxels for use in calculation?
Thanks in advance for all your help! Please let me know if you need any information/screenshots.
