AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Another thing that confuses me is the length of the graphs.

According to my screenshots, you can see that I have about 300 datapoints in my time series, (actually, it's 280-something). And from my timing file screenshot, the last time is around 450s, which, divided by my TR of 2.5, gives me about 180 datapoints.

The length of my HRF should be the length of the time series minus the length of the timing file? So the length of the HRF should be at most (300-180) = 120 points.

I'm confused, because the 8 graphs given by 3dDeconvolve are all about 180+ points long.
