AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks for the clarification, Gang!

I've decided to use the 3ddeconvolve to deconvolve a simple 1-D graph of a voxel I chose with a given stimulus timing.

Would the appropriate command be:

3dDeconvolve -input1D graphname.1D -TR_1D 2.5 -num_stimts 1 -stim_times 1 timingfile.txt 'TENT(b,c,n)'

What should my b, c, n values be? Would this command run correctly with the given files (attached). I've attached both files as a screenshot (a screenshot of a .txt file of the times, and a screenshot of the .1D file shown in 1dplot)

Would the output be the correct 1D graph of a HRF?

Thanks!
