Hi Alex,
Dimon can send Dicom or I-file data to afni's real-time plugin,
which has a mechanism to send post-registration data to an
external program:
- motion parameters
- (multiple) ROI averages, per TR
- individual masked values, per TR
The serial_helper program can receive this data and send it
over a serial port, for some sort of subject feedback.
See 'example F' from "Dimon -help" for a detailed example.
See "serial_helper -help" for more details.
---
So if that data is what you want, you can use serial_helper
or write your own TCP server to receive the data in Matlab
(or python or whatever).
Please let me know if you have any questions, or if this is
not quite what you want.
