Hi Alex and Dave,
Just a small comment. Note that serial_helper and the realtime
plugin now allows for which data is sent to change over runs or
to just not be known ahead of time. Such action is only applied
when AFNI_REALTIME_SEND_VER is set to a 'Yes' string. Data can
be motion, motion+averages, motion+all mask values.
The hello string (from the realtime plugin) will vary, depending
on what the user has selected to send (either from the "mask"
option line of the plugin interface or from an environment
variable). See the updated wait_for_socket() in serial_helper.c.
Those changes were made in August.
Alex,
1. The mask should match the space and resolution of the EPI.
2. All data output from the plugin is 32-bit float.
3. Yes. All output is post-registration.
