AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Sorry again if this is a naive question.

I've been able to simulate a real time system using Dimon and the sample data set 8HRBRAINx2D sample data from this site.

However, with some of my own data I can't get real time afni to send the ROI average and motion parameters along to my tcp server.

I realized that it was because my Dicom data is 2D. I know in general the to3d function is used to make the afni Brik's. It looks like the 8HR data is a 3d dicom files though. Is this right?

Do the dicom files need to be in 3d before running dimon?

Thanks,
Alex
