Sorry again if this is a naive question.
I've been able to simulate a real time system using Dimon and the sample data set 8HRBRAINx2D sample data from this site.
However, with some of my own data I can't get real time afni to send the ROI average and motion parameters along to my tcp server.
I realized that it was because my Dicom data is 2D. I know in general the to3d function is used to make the afni Brik's. It looks like the 8HR data is a 3d dicom files though. Is this right?
Do the dicom files need to be in 3d before running dimon?
