Rick,
We are using a motherboard with an integrated Intel G35 express video chipset.

As for drivers, I am not sure how to determine which drivers we are using, but I am pretty sure that we are using the standard intel graphics drivers integrated into the fedora package.
A couple of side notes, glxgears output looks normal.
[balders2@brodmann SUMA]$ glxgears
7199 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1439.761 FPS
7158 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1431.412 FPS
7273 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1454.459 FPS
Also, SUMA_glxdino looks normal as well. It is colorized and it rotates normally.
Finally, "glxinfo | head" produces the following output. Thanks again, nick.
[balders2@brodmann SUMA]$ glxinfo | head
